guys, Toews has this one beat, it's a great goal but its not like he was going against a starting goaltender.. Ballard is still rather young and more of a hit type guy.. morris tried to push Nash of the puck so his size and weight stopped that good defensive play, and it's tellqvist, not even the starter for Phoenix.

I don't understand how you can 'nullify' this goal because of the goaltender, especially as Budaj and Theodore aren't exactly All-Stars in the net. Furthermore, a good goal can be more than just fancy stickhandling (though this one has plenty of that, too), so you can't dock him because Nash utilized his size to not get forced off of the puck. If you like Toews' more than this, fine, but--to me, at least--it looks like you're making excuses for him.
