when you recive the laser, does it state the actual mw or do they put a 5mw label on it because if they do it will make it to your door without any suspicion by customs.

Even though I don't have this laser, I would recommend you get a tripod with this laser. I'm planning to get this laser for my B-day, so i need to know if they ship to the south-east of the United States-Please reply within 20 days. P.S. This laser does come with rechargeable batteries and charger, so for 44.95, it's a great deal.

mine tok 17days. i got 2 of these, they are a great starters for your burning laser experience , the next step up is green, then blu-ray, I have a 200mW green on the way and a 100mW blu-ray on the way as well, all from o-like.

... just wait for it... it will take upwards of up to a month, where you are, don't really see it comming any faster, I mean if you lived in New York then heck, you'll get your laser like a week, but first you gotta make sure tthey shipped it first then start counting, it usually takes 2-3 weeks, like this should take about 20days from the day they ship it out

laws are the rules of a state.like in the us that you need to be 16 to drive a car or 21 to dring beer and stff like that. or that lasers are only up to 5mw in the us allowed.

don't listen to that idiot fool... I live in the U.S I bought numerous lasers time and time again from 100mW and 200mW... that guy is hopelessly confused... The law is that no one "outside" of the United states can ship over 5mW into the United states.... Thats the rule/law, buy however the customs should confiscate the laser, but it never really happens, because obivously customs would be busy as hell dealing with more serious stuff, so 99% you will not get caught... so that sums it up. :)

you can ship any mw laser into the US as long as it has a safety feature such as a key, or a pin that when removed cuts the circuit.

only problem is only the major companies, like laserglow and wicked lasers, have these, and they are all stupidly expensive.

most of the time the china companies ship without batteries so they cant be tested.
