...any place in the country that is experiencing population growth will have houses appreciating. most places in NJ are not experiencing current population growth, therefore your last 30 years can't be applied to the next 30 years. i love how people think that houses just go up...with no understanding of WHY..you never explain why the house is appreciating... is my car going to appreciate? how about my boat? unless there is large demand ie inflation or people moving in. houses should drop
