Well nice recipie but you ppl are not from sanjeev kapoor khana khazana so why use name so much related ti his show even your recipies are tasty and videoas are fantastic still why use sanjeev kapoor's name i don't get it

as u said keep in microwave at 220 degree celcius but most of the microwave have only time setting plz suggest me few ovens with temp settings

@sima438 She is saying Convection mode and convection mode of cooking always comes with time as well as degrees.

SO GOOD. Hot fresh Kulcha dipped into cool spiced and salted yougurt! mmmmmm. Washed down with traditional lassi.

You can increase the quantity of yogurt.
You can increase the quantity of yogurt in the recipe and avoid addition of egg.

Please cut open to show the flaky texture on camera close-up - since this is the purpose with the two doughs.
