  • I got 2 380lbs b4 I decided it was 2 much. Now I'm trying 2 lose the fat, & I am finding I am an addict. I exercise A LOT...6 days a week 2.5-3 hrs a day, running 3 miles a day, lifting weights. Getting in2 the habit of exercising was easy 4 me...dieting is not. I do well during the day, but come night fall I am a food titan. lrg choc bar, King size reeses, fam size bag of chips, 2 1' subs, & a gallon of soda...1 mea... & it rarely quells the desire 2 cont eating.

  • this is a great video, we all struggle. I am 3 weeks post-op now with NO restriction at all. I am always hungry & struggling. I too have an addiction to food. I have to change more mentally than physically! Can't wait to meet you at the East Coast meet & greet. Again great video..........Kelly

    You....yes...YOU control your habits. YOU control what you put in your mouth. YOU CAN BEAT IT! Stay strong girl! It's a LONG road. VERY VERY long. Dont let the flat tires get you down. Just change them and keep going!
