Because generally laws are ambiguous and not always clear. "diversity" and "multiculturalism" are ONE WAY streets - for whites - every ethnic activist group that demand that Whites be color blind and open their borders, demand ethnic solidarity amongst their own.
Thus a Mexican activist group has no problem demanding both open borders for the US and supporting the militarization and protection of mexico's border from Gutamala.

She is a council member of the Mexican Supremist group "La Raza" which means "The Race". Seriously do two things for me. 1). Look at the black and Latino population in America exactly 50 years ago and compare it to now. 2.) Look at the Latino and Black population make-up of the Judicial system from cops, city couniclman, judges 50 years ago and now and note the HUGE increase. Now add in a couple of Black and white Couples getting together and having Mixed kids (Black) . Lets be honest the white mans gene pool is weak and these couples almost always deliver black children.
