No the last part is not about Gender Dysphoria. It is more about PMS Waterboarding; this is where the captive is subjected to highly aggressive complete irrational deluge of irrelevant banter to the point that the captive is forced into a dazed and bewildered capitulation. Upon capitulation to the aggressors demands are randomly changed and the captive is yet again in the wrong.
