Kurt Warner is an amazing person. Even if not a hugely successful football star, he is still an amazing person. Caring about family, friends and teammates is admirable. Some of what he said was that he felt the same hesitations or obstacles of coming to know Jesus Christ that his family & friends often have. If God isn't real, if God truly does not pursue us, even when we aren't looking for Him or think we want Him or even need Him, then the transfomation in Kurt or other Christian's lives would never take place.

I live in Chesterfield, MO; the Warners used to live a 1/2 mile from my house. Kurt Warner is a wonderful person who takes his faith in Christ VERY, VERY seriously. He 'walks the walk' in almost everything he does. The words of Christ, while loving, DO divide. They force us to make tough decisions. Warner's story, both as a Ram and as a Cardinal, is a wonderful tale. So many thought Warner was a 'has-been,' yet he's taking his SECOND 'sad sack' team to the Super Bowl.
