  • And in a pinch, it'll grate cheese.

  • Beep beep...

    Beam me up Scotty !

  • for the life of me, why would anyone bother making a midget communicator!... and it doesn't flip?! That's what made it so cool!!

  • absolute tool

  • I think you could have done the entire thing in 1 minute and not torture us for more than 8.

  • this is 50% size. go see my 4 part video of my trek collection which includes this and 100's of other props.

    my user name is jsf525

  • Great review. Informative and funny. Thanks.

  • star trek comunicator

  • Absolutely fantastic example how science-fiction became reality! This is a mobile-phone lap-model BEHIND OVER 40-YEARS!! High-Tech available practically for everybody today! Think about it, deeper than usually. It`s not self-evident thing to happen. Without VISIONS there is NO progress and no future. It would be life of an animal.

  • hang yourself; opps I mean hang your ornament

  • i got mine! im really more of a star wars fan but its still pretty cool

  • I like Star Wars too, but this was too interesting to pass up. :)

  • yey another reveiw

  • lulz, this guy...

    great review.

  • i have the same phone

  • Oh god...here comes the christmas reviews hahaha...anyways...it's incredible isn't it, how much star trek influenced modern day technology and such. Modern phones, flip phones to be exact are based off these things. i read a interview with motorola's ceo and he specifically said things of this sort. Also, modern day hospitals are loosely based the sickbay from the enterprise...

  • I wasn't expecting to find anything like this. I had to go to Hallmark and get a birthday card when some kid was pushing the buttons of the demo they had hanging. At that point, I had to take a look, haha. Glad I did though. :)

Yep, modern day cell phones were definitely influenced by this little thing, which is cool. Verizon has a new Motorola flip that looks a lot more like it, and it has a touch screen.

  • That is cool.

  • AWESOME REVIEW BRO! They Should Make Cell Phones of these replicas! I can't wait for the new movie!

  • I agree, I also wish they did have Cell phones as these these replicas. That would be awesome.

  • Where did you get it from it looks awesome.

  • The day before I posted this video. :)

  • Awesome,So you'r ready for Thanks Giving and Christmas got you'r tree up yet?

  • @Sportimus I believe Nokia made 14 of them. I saw a youtube video on it. According to the owner, he says it's not without it's problems. Seems they didn't put much thought into them as far as convenient access to charger plug in etc...
