Almost any male can hit those notes using falsetto (which he uses before each chorus). in the chorus section I have seen great strain in his neck and the great effort he demonstrates in his face when he goes full modal voice meaning that he doesn't hit those notes easily because he is very close to the high limit of his vocal register. nevertheless the song is really good and very catchy.
