If youre still growing than you should just rent skis until you stop growing and then you can buy your own expensive preference, atomic or volkl or whatever. the length of the skis is not dependent on weight, only on height. When you stand them straight up, they have to be up to your nose. measure how high from the floor to your nose and there you have it: the length your skis should be.
