  • keepin' it fast and loud!

  • 1977 Birmingham Odeon UK with Blondie support - I was there with Mick Rhodes,

  • cool vid! tom looks like he's having fun.

  • Is that Richard Lloyd who's playing the rhythm guitar? Looks like him, but I'm not 100% sure..

  • Yes indeed, it is he!

  • Sweet!! I love Richard Lloyd!! His ability to switch from rhythm to lead guitar is phenomenal (as showcased in this vid). He's most definitely on the top of list of my favourite guitar players.

  • And what a sound!! Vox+strato holy grail!!!

  • I know that this is five months ago, but you didn't know Richard Lloyd was in Television?

Makes me wonder how you know Richard Lloyd at all.

  • Of course I knew Richard Lloyd was in Television, what I wasn't sure was whether or not that was him playing in the vid. It could have been a stand in rhythm guitarist or a guy who does touring. It's just like I'm not 100% sure if the drummer in the vid is Billy Ficca. I know he was the drummer for Television, but I don't know whether that's him in the vid 'cause the drummer is in the shadows.

    Notice the difference?

  • See Tom introducing both at the end of "Little Johnny Jewel". Just uploaded yesterday... :)

  • Sweet, thanks.

  • at least give lloyd the credit he deserves as being one of the best *lead* guitarists of his day. what a fantastic group. thanks for the vids!

  • The best rock and roll band in the 70's.

  • and the 80s, 90s, and 2000s...

  • Ugh, why didn't they play it like this when I saw them? Instead they made it all lounge-rocky...

    Kudos

  • Great show -- upload more when you can!
