How did you make Synthesia play the music with the music box instrument sound?

@jyrune Synthesia fails to load instrument list sometimes. My solution is re-open it several times until it works :D

But if your soundfont does not have definition of musicbox, I suggest to replace it. I think the default soundfont of windows (Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth) plays musicbox sounds very well. Another soundfont I'm using is SmartMusic SoftSynth of FinaleMakeMusic, it plays strings (violin, cello, etc) better but its percussions are not as good as the default windows one.
