Nothing wrong with going through the "core" of wisconsin storms. being from janesville i know all wisconsin storms are is rain.. nothing else. tornado warnings are just heavy rain and severe t storm warnings are light rains
@momotous nah. just 2 EF5s in the past 50 years. and its either EF1-3 or EF5 never EF4. Plus, like i said i live here and have for 15 years. The worst i have seen is a damaging microburst that WREX rockford measured to be 95 MPH and all madison stations said it was 90 MPH.
@AirRaider56 You do realize how rare violent tornadoes are, don't you? And besides, a weak tornado could throw your car off the road. I've seen an EF-2 throw a car through the side of a house.

BTW..TYSVM for the nice comments on my own 7/24-Tstorm...and indeed...seems like you go chasing after your big Tstorms..while they all come directly to me.... also THIS upcoming THURS 7/29...I may be ''stormchasing'' since I have to do some chauffeurings...I'll keep you posted.
@LuvsTstormTapes Thanks. It got a little hairy there for a minute. Cutting through a storm as I did is not recommended. I thought for a minute I was driving into a monster because the hill blocked the view. Looking forward to seeing you 'chase'. Hope the weather cooperates. =^)

Again..TYSVM, my good friend, in hoping next THU 7/29's Tstorms would cooperate and **not** be around when I'm stuck driving my folks downtown....but I can always take my camcorder with me... and have the other one running at home....but only one of them does Y/T uploadings.

@AirRaider56 It's always a risk. WI has had it's share of big tornadoes.

@AirRaider56 Guess you've never heard of Oakfield, WI or Barneveld, WI. Wisconsin never gets tornadoes. lol Only a couple of EF-5s.
