@pingpang11 Well, if your system has a restore utility, that will do it. Alternately you could install any other OS and choose the "destructive" option for existing data.

Will someone help me with a choice? I have version 11.10 of Ubuntu and Kubuntu in VirtualBox installed. I think both are getting better and better. Only now I can not choose. What is your opinion to help me over the line? ;)

I'll stick with 10.10 as the new UI is a massive step backwards and the OS is buggy installer does not detect all the drives etc.

It is a flaw in there installer as the drives are visible to cfdisk a gparted ran as root.

I consider 11 the windows me of Ubuntu and hopefully they'll scrap this display manger and fix the broken installer.

Its not as easy to do it in 11.04 as 10.10 10.04 some time you only get a 2D desktop.

My Nvidia 7300 will not do compiz and 3D desktop in 11.04 but works well with compiz in 10.10. Do a video so the same as mine with the compiz 11.04and post it. 1min long would do.
