  • Except for the very last guy, they all have shitty form. Every one of them. The exact same shitty form. Their chests cave in, their upper backs round, their torsos tilt forward, and their shoulders and elbows drop. I'm surprised more lifts weren't lost.

    I saw the "trainers" telling the lifters to keep their elbows up when they should have been telling them to keep their chests up and upper backs tight.

  • Nice. I've tried doing olympic-style front squats from a clean, but I've never been able to "whip" my elbows forward. I'll try picking the bar from the station itself next time.
