  • This video was very reassuring. I'm a calorie counter... trying hard to un-obsess and break the habit though!

    Btw your hairstyle rocks. :)

  • Wonderful video, I kind of had a moment of realisation as I was watching this that I'm not sure would have happened so soon if you hadn't explained so well about filling our lives back up with the things we love.

  • Thanks for the video

  • ty for this video. january 1st 2012 i started over and made it 11 days, no bingeing, living the healthies way i know how, using food as fuel, being active and then i fell off. tomorrow is feb 1st and im getting back on!! cant give up. this is the only thing i want so bad, is to be free of this.

  • @ReillyAJ *Just Breathe* and take the pressure off of yourself. This is a process and it takes time. LOVE yourself through it ;)

  • Thank you so much, Stefanie!

  • @hazen23 you're very welcome.. feel free to let me know if ever have a video request ;)

  • Thanks for all your videos - i especially needed it today!

  • @lotusxstar I am so glad that I could be of service ;)

  • it's so inspiring to see someone who's conquered this...six years but I keep on trying:) good advice about the not writing food down.. the binge restrict cycle is marked by obsession with food and writing it down just keeps you in that heightened state of consciousness over what you eat. You look really nice in this video btw :)

  • @oliviajane91 Aww, you're so sweet - Thank you.

  • Love this video--thank you! Right now I am tracking my hunger and fullness at meals as I learn Intuitive Eating. I'm tracking so I can learn (or re-learn) what it feels like to be truly hungry, truly satiated, etc. I am looking forward to letting go of tracking at all, so I can just be free. It's very scary to eat intuitively and to abandon diet mentality--but with every meal it gets easier. Anyway, thank you so much for your example and your words. <3

  • @JuiceFeastinJenn Thanks so much Jenn ;)
