its a glitch.

its suppost to be something that when the mom touches/holds the baby, it makes a clone of the moms torso and this is what they look like cuz babys arnt fit for a mum torso, well this is what i think happens

[1] Press Ctrl + Shift + C

[2] Type in " TestingCheatsEnabled True "

[3] Wait for Newspaper girl/boy to come.

[4] Hold SHIFT and click on the Newspaper boy/girl and click Trigger Age Transition

This only happens to toddlers,babies,and children. All you have to do is just type in (if u know how to do cheats) testingcheatsenabled true and shift click the sim and an option should come up saying "Edit sim in create a sim" If this happens that probably means the child is wearing an adult custom clothing just change its clothes to its age like and it will b normal again :))) LOL But other than that it creeps me out xD btw most of the time its probably wearing adult pants or woman's boots :P

I have downloaded this item too, and for some reason it goes onto the child and baby pages.

When you put it on them, *newborn babies can be born like this!* all you need to do to fix it is delete the item, and it'll never be seen again.

What happens is when it is on the child or toddler the outfit expands into some strange fashion and makes them look like a retarded witch.

That's from custom content.. the game doesn't know it's adult clothes so it puts it on the baby and it glitches out. If you want it normal again you have to delete all you custom content...

its what happens when u download things from the exchange that you dont have on your game. Foe Example, if i was to download a sim made in latenight,but i only had the base game, it would still work, but sometimes when u download it, it becomes a glitch, making everyone able to wear it, like that creepy baby there, its wearing adult clothes, but its not suppose to, if u want to fix it u have to delete everything you have added to the game (besides expansion packs) to make it go back to normal.

All you have to do is go to Custom Content on your Sims 3 Game Launcher and find whatever is doing that. It happened to me when I downloaded bad custom content and I freaked. If it's happening to anyone else just inform people that they have to delete the custom content that looks like that because it makes the game super creepy.

To get rid of it, age up the baby, and change the clothes. if you want to get rid of it, just uninstall it from the sims 3 game launcher. It's just bad custom content that you downloaded, that's why I don't get clothes off of the sims resource.
