That is very good, that they Build The National Performing Arts Center in Port-of-Spain, very good use of Money, Trinidad can finally be felt around the world, it can give children a chance to do something creative with themselves than going out there and shooting, killing & stealing mines, yours & other people's hard earned values. Patrick Manning said in his, 2005 budget (I think it was) that a company out of France wanted to build a bridge to link Trinidad and Tobago. It would have created one of the longest bridges in the world... I wonder whatever happen wid that company? Now he's talking about building one set of gas pipelines to Barbados, Martinique, Guadeloupe, etc. etc. I can't keep track of his all his political promisses anymore.

Big buildings mean nothing when so many have no regular water, electricity cuts off, food prices so high, crime is rampant. I love T&T but a society won't get "developed country status" just for building.
