I ride horses and I cannot stand the way some people choose to make their horses fear something to stop them doing a certain thing. I don't like those collars, but some times its the only way. I never got one, but my old dog could have used one. she would get out of our actual fence, and chase cars. We were scared she'd get run over so we had to give her away :(
