ya its the lot outside the old jail, look at 1:10, you can see the little securty booth to get into the lot. at .51 you can see the casco thats across the street. and at 1.08 theres the gaurdrail thats in the middle of the lot. iv spent alot of time cleaning that lot for SLAP
