  • Wow,I never knew there was filmed footage of this song. My parents had this 45 on Checker Records, I remember it because the 45 had the checkerboard with Checker spelled out with the red and black checkers. They said people use do a dance called the Uncle Willie to this. I don't know where you dug this artifact up from but it really made my day!!

  • What a trememdous clip! Fontella is such a beautiful woman and she and Bobby McClure certainly have chemestry; it really appears they're have such a good time doing this. I'm afraid like too many others, I only pretty much knew "Rescue Me." I'm learning of the other songs Fontella did and this is going on my favorites list. Thanks for posting!

  • Michael McDonald does this with one of his background singers in the Dukes of Sept. concert. They did a wonderful job but this is over the top. The more I see and hear it the more I love it.
