Teenage girls are hypocrites and backstabbers, constantly talking about people behind their backs, especially about other girls. Guys are more likely to learn better social skills at a younger age because we know if we make those types of mistakes we can get punched in the face. Guys are way more honest. Things even out at adulthood.

If he grew up in a predominantly Black middle class suburban community ( surprise surprise they do exist ) he may have had an unrealistic assumption that police officers are fair minded since he was actually innocent of any criminal activity. Only after growing up and going to work in the real world do some Black folks wake up to the savage and DUMB double standards of American society concerning Black people.

We let him stay at our place, he could stay for 2 months but he had to be looking for a job, if he got a job he could start paying rent and live here. I wrote his resume for him, drove him to interviews, but he was always take'n Acid and Ecstasy and the one job he might have got (Safeway) asked for a drug test. After about 3 months we noticed he was stealing stuff from our house, movies, weed, etc. Had to kick him out.
it's sad how there's so many people who don't know how to behave once they get out on their own. it's so bad at my school that the residence halls have signs posted everywhere that say "you're on your own now, act like it!" everyone i know in my hall either has a crappy roommate or is a crappy roommate. people need to learn to raise their kids to be responsible and respectful.

The worst I've heard of was from my cousin at Augustana (Rock Island, IL). His freshman roommate was bipolar, pagan, unkempt, smelly, and hosted unannounced threesomes (some homosexual, some hetero) from time to time. How my cousin put up with it for three months I will never know...

One's hygiene can be impeccable & they can still have a unique smell to them. this was my college relationship, the guy in my dorm was a complete mess, so i made a deal with him, every time i came home and would have to clean up after him he would pay me 20 bucks. So i cleaned up after him for like 2 weeks after that and then he started to handle his own business cause I was taking all his spending money. Thats ho

One's hygiene can be impeccable & they can still have a unique smell to them. Everyone has their own smell and I think this video sends a misconstrued message that everyone should smell a certain way. There are some people who have health and dietary issues that give off a not-average smell. Should they be ridiculed or isolated for this? Of course I promote good hygiene, especially when sharing a confined space with someone. However, people need to stop acting like their own shit dont stank!

College roommates(especially in UCLA during finals week), tend to smell like a pile of pig poop because they have been sweating and stressing about their exams and haven't showered in a week. This has nothing to do with health or dietary issues. This has to do with you not wanted a stinky ass roommate stinking up your dorm when your trying to study. Come on man, if you went to any university you should know this.

@kazekage321414 There are a great deal of people in my college who give off an unusual odor due to health and dietary issues, yet are labelled as unhygienic or pigs. As I previously stated, I understand that bad hygiene is a cause for concern and discussion among roommates. However, I think we need to promote acceptance of contrasting lifestyles and personal conditions among shared living facilities. This video states - if you smell bad, take a shower, which simplistic & detrimental.

@MichaelScarn23 The only way you could feel so strongly about something so irrelevant is if either you or someone close to you had this problem where they smelled bad because of a health condition and now you take everything regarding human body odor way to seriously. I do feel bad for whoever it was because they must have been harassed a lot because of it. But please realize that 99% of college students(mainly guys tho) stink because they don't shower, and have are unhygienic.

@fredwasnothere In a large percentage of academic institutions, cologne and perfume are frowned upon (or even banned) because the scents trigger allergic reactions or migraines for its faculty. For fucks sake, have you ever stepped inside of a University institution?

@MichaelScarn23 i don't think anyone was acting like their own shit doesn't stink. we all know our shit stinks, that's why we clean it up. there's some people who don't, there's several guys in my dorm who don't shower and have piles of dirty laundry piled they rarely wash, and even when they do they don't wash all of it. it makes the whole hallway smell like B.O. some people are just plain nasty and don't know how to stay clean once they get out on their own.

If you think someone stinks, you should not be afraid to say so, if they have a problem, they can easily say so and the issue is settled. You're suggesting that no one should ever say anything because... they're sooo insensitive to people who might have issues. If you stink, wouldn't you like someone to tell you rather than going around and everyone to turn their noses as you walk by

@NeccoWecco Once again, I acknowledge that bad hygiene = bad smell and this is the large majority of college roommates. However, my point is that it is not a 100% majority. There are people with great hygiene who smell different due to health/dietary issues and get ridiculed. Thank you and good night.
