For some reason our laws on arson are fucked up. I have to agree, you kill people, destroy communities, millions in damage, and you get something like 25 years? It's absurd.
Baha'i Holy Writings say the Arson should be burned to death, but the people can choose to be humane. We mustn't blame all on arson in this case. It is like a war zone.
Metreing out 'eye for an eye justice' is just as barbaric as the arson and will not yield a humane society. If you do burn a proven arsonist I hope the person has the option for a humane death first.
I also hope in this case no one is being made a scapegoat for other agendas, ignorant planning, and/or acts of nature or weather wars.
Australia told people to stay home and fight the fires now they use the media blame game to distract people that the govt is the one who is to blame ,the fires were all over the country not just one place like the media is now portraying ,this is most likely a innocent person a scapegoat,we see every country use these same tactics to divert attention away from govt officials, its sicking
Your entire statement it ridiculous. Australians know full well that this is fire season, the fires weren't all over the country they were in the southern states, you need to get you facts straight. This happens almost every year here some nut job goes around lighting fires and rarely are they caught but this time one was. Whats sickening, (your grammar is horrible btw) is you making those comments. The Courts will determine this mans guilt ... so piss off with your conspiracy theories.
juristicpersons - i know what you're saying. but i dont think it applies to this particular story. this one's pretty true to life. PM me if you wanna discuss it more :)
did they catch anybody else? what was the reason for setting the fires?

How the fuck do you kill all those people and get so little time? Over here, you can kill one person and your ass could be gone for life.

That arsonist should get a taste of his own medicine and get burned to death.

I don't care what any writings say about anything. He started the fire. He should burn. It's simple really.

They should make him work as a firefighter for the rest of his life for no pay, just prison meals and the occasional anal raping.
