  • where do you get your wheat? someone told me rice and oats can be ground to make a good bread and I wanted to try it. Any info on this?

  • Is there heat generated during the milling? If so, does that take away any of the nutrients?

  • I don't think so, you are going to cook the stuff anyway. (I am no expert on this... so don't take my word for it)

  • If you are making bread you bake at what 450-500F? I think if flour got hotter then that it would combust.

  • I use a $20.00 coffee grinder and use millet and flax seed and add it to my shake in the morning. I'm full and have energy all day. Millet has B-17 (instramental in fighting cancer).

  • That is a good idea with the coffee grinder.

  • Tonight I made 2 cups of wheat flour and made home made pizza (a small one). It was awesome.

The sauce was also hand made from grown tomatoes, garlic, basil, pepper and oregano.

    No cheese or meat though.
