yh, we all have that problem when we start playing the guitar. The way i got over the changing chords was just making my hands used to the shapes. As soon as i could get the chord shapes, i then practiced goin from one to the next. For strumming patterns think in up-down, when the chords are fast, you play up-down-up-down... wheen theres a gap play down-down... and mix that to get the pattern. Hope you find that helpful =]
