  • great video, hope to see more

  • OMG man my idea has come to fruition!

I feel exactly as you do every time a shithead NoVa driver pulls one of these crazy stunts day after day turning my daily commute into real life Mario Kart. God, I was so ready to start own NoVa Shithead Drivers Channel (it wouldn't have been as nice as yours though) What really made my day was seeing clips through the exact route I take to work (236/Main St/FFX Corner area)

P.S I just picked up a ZX5 tonight, any details on your new mount??

  • @jakescakes Hey I came looking for your comment and it was flagged as spam (I guess because you updated it). For my first three months I used a Sunpak Click 'n Stick (from Best Buy) with a Bracketron GPS sticky-pad (Micro Center - $15). That mount didn't last (started wobbling a lot when hot from the dash) so I ordered a concoction from Ram Mount (about $40 all put together).

  • @NOVAdashcam

Thanks for the quick reply. I might go with a Delkin mount myself. Also, I gave the ZX5 a mini test today on the way to work but I only captured a weak clip. But wouldn't ya know it, as soon as I ran out of space (ordering a larger sd card) some dude casually cuts me off in NoVa fashion and continues to drive like an asshat (he was smoking AND on the phone) FML it would have been great footage!! I also wish I had another camera for the rear view. Good night

  • I did miss this video I think because I dont remember it! so thanks for letting me know! im subscride to like 80 people or so not sure lol so if im not on for like a couple of days if people upload to many it wont show some others! so thanks! oh for sure Ill most likely leave a comment on every cool dashcam user but if they have good clips which you always do! great captures by the way, you gotta love the first clip in heavy traffic happens quite alot! love your vids straight to the point!

  • tu es le justicier de la route

  • @vidad74 Haha... I try to make the video entertaining to watch, nothing more. I have an attitude now that I have a hobby of recording, that I enjoy it when someone does something stupid on the road (as long as there are no accidents, of course).

  • Awesome I really like the rain on the windshield... VERY BF3ish : )

  • 2:28 My mother had to do the same thing. On this bridge my mum had to change lands because the lane she was in was a exit lane, but the cars next to her were boxing her in so she had to stop in the triangle.

  • Some serious asshats in this video. But I love it, great compilation with excellent quality. Make some more videos, good sir!

  • the only thing that sucks about your videos being so long is theres not enough room for me to comment on all the stupidity i see in these clips.great captures and great editing

  • After a few minutes where in each clip you've given us a hint where to focus on for the next "asshattery" (zoom, text, "Baller" tag...) suddenly there's nothing. EEEK!!!! Where's the Dufus??? Which VEHICLE should I be look'in at???(Panic!!!) My mind/eyes went into overdrive trying to locate the next driver/hazard. Oh...THERE!!!! Nice effect whether intentional or not. 8-)

  • does the guy in the begining thinks hes in grand theft auto or something

  • I've been to many city's in the U.S. The DC Metro area has the worst drivers I have ever driven with. I work all over the Metro-area, and EVERYDAY it is a freaking 3rd World, chaotic mess out there. The things I see in your videos are the exact same things I see everyday, and it is just sad. Other more populated metro areas may have their problems, but never have I driven among such selfish barbarians like the ones on these roads here.

  • @kookiemoose I wish I had a camera for the stuff I've seen living here since 2001. This hobby has turned me into someone who gets angry when someone does something stupid, to someone who gets angry when someone doesn't do something stupid.

  • @NOVAdashcam Couldn't agree with you more. Once I got my dash cam and started posting videos my stress level on the road dropped significantly. I can honestly say that getting the dash cam made me a better driver.

Why do you censor the plates? I checked with a lawyer in NC and she said it's public information as long as there's no home addresses, threats, stalking, etc. I just post what I see and talk about what I see. Is it different in VA or are you just playing it safe?

  • @BadDriversExposed They don't have an expectation of privacy, so it's entirely legal in all states to record and broadcast plates. I think when you start making money off of it, the rules change.

I was stationed at Bragg for 3 years, from 98 - 01. Actually have some Fayetteville clips of my own, as I was there last month. They don't hold a candle to the drivers here, but they do have a certain uniqueness about them.

  • @NOVAdashcam I think the rules stay the same, but the risk for the producer changes... once there's pie on your table people who are embarrassed by their own actions grab a plate and fork. Sadly, BadDriversExposed isn't yet the multimillion dollar corporation I've dreamed about. One day though.

Sounds like I came to NC for the same reason as you. Can't argue that VA drivers are worse; I get to drive through that mess every now and then and always get some fresh material.

  • My car is an 83 280zx and ur trippin if u even think or cutting me off!! Lol

  • I go through the same thing everyday here in Cali. And i get pulled over for tint.. smh

  • Cool video.

  • great as always, your cam quality is great, you should make some driving videos

I don't get people, we also have bad drivers in Europe but at least here if you drive like that you'll get pulled over and get your ass kicked

  • @bsdpowa I thought about posting the drive from Williamsport, PA to southern New York (time lapsed of course)... it's quite a beautiful stretch of road. However, I want to keep this account's videos consistent, so if it pops up, it will be under a different name.

I don't know what it is about NoVa drivers... it's like everyone is on a cell phone, even when they aren't. So many people don't pay attention to where they are or what they're doing. It's amazing.

  • Great video as always.

  • I seriously love it how you edit your dashcam video. It's awesome, and very entertainment to watch!

6:30 - No one care about 20+ years old vehicle lol.

  • @DrivingandDashcam I notice you're dabbling a bit into the video editing yourself. It can be time consuming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. For instance, for my first video, I worked on it for about five weeks. This video was done in little more than a week, despite being nearly twice as long.

I always enjoy reading your comments, thanks for commenting!
