However, Buddha wasn't even a philosopher per se, he was first and foremost a mystic. Buddha couldn't care less about rational inquiry about the world. That's why Greek philosophy had to eventually introduce some rational elements into Buddhism (see Greco-Buddhism) through the conquests of Alexander the Great...

For me he is one of the greatest Greek philosophers that ever live, living in a tub because he intellectually humiliated Alexander on his face, a cosmopolitan, a (i think) cynist and was living in poverty because of his beliefs and teachings. @Epicomahos Aristotle and the rest of the ancient greek philosophers never existed. The greek alphabet is not greek in origin. Its actually egyptian. When the roman savages took over egypt they forced their language on egyptians. The egyptians then took 1 of their 3 original writing styles (phonetic) and applied it to the greek language. So its not greek at all but thats what they teach you. Also note that no alphabet existed in europe prior to that (325 AD) so these writers & writings were lies
