  • Thank you! :) Yes I used fresh figs..any variety will do. I used Black Mission Figs in this video, skins and all but tip of the stem. :) Figs are my favorite...I have a hard time making any recipe with figs in it--I always seem to eat them before the get into the recipe! :)

  • Yum...this looks delicious! Did you put fresh figs into the icecream? Were they a specific variety? We have green adriatic figs...Did you put the skins in as well?
