I don't know if that's the budget limitation, but the MVs made in HK in recent years are seriously crude. If that's a newbie singer, fine, but that's Eason, supposedly your top singer.

Tho this MV might be crude, I think the other MV of Eason are pretty good. Usually there're only 2-3 MV for each of Eason's CDs, so I agree that it should have better quality.

I dun think budget limitation would be a problem for Eason tho. Not sure for others.
