To follow up on my previous post, I believe the only way to make any REAL headway in the fight against rape is to legislate and enforce heavy jail time on the kind of women who would seek to use assault or rape laws as a weapon. Until that happens, the problem WILL persist.

And to those who say tanktops, spaghetti straps, etc... are "suggestive", that is b.s. I don't care if she's walking down the street in a bikini in winter, that does not give you a free pass to rape her.

The verdict in this trial will be of interest to me. If the man is found innocent, then Kicesie is publicly calling a man a rapist who has been cleared in a court of law. Can a video on YouTube be considered as libel? If so, the man could claim all of the money that Kicesie has made off of her YouTube videos (and any associated income). Sad, but true. There are only laws, called rape shield laws, that limit the introduction of evidence about a victim's sexual history or past conduct. I'm not saying that you being raped was your fault because the rape of a woman is not the womans fault in the majority of the cases, but I've seen a few of you videos, and everyone of them are about sexual content.
