I thank you for posting this. I have now been drinking my own water several times per day since 2-22-2012, and I already feel significantly better. Here are a few details:

I feel happier than ever

My lung capacity (and strength) is noticeably improved. I did NOT know I had weak lungs!

My heels no longer hurt AT ALL (I almost bought some Haflinger shoes)

My teeth are cleaner

I have more energy than before

It is significantly easier to practice a healthy diet

well you said it yourself 'they stay alive BY drinking their own urine', so that kept them alive apparently, and i still dont know whether they died from it at the end as you didnt tell, but even if they almost threw up, that may have been for several reasons. This is also an extroardionary situation, because normally you do urine therapy by eathing healthy foods, but here they are in stressful circumstances

no I havent seen those shows but I know there are many people who have improved their health tremendously by ingesting their own urine and people who have survived by drinking their own urine so I cant judge about this case you are presenting, because I dont know the details about it, dont even know whether it happened and if it did, there could be many factors involved. So you're gonna have to come up with some more evidence or at least real evidence to prove your point..

well DUDE, learn to accept this is a free forum and work on your paranoia because its pretty severe. urine therapy would do you very well in this regard hahaha. When someone gives you a scientific explanation, all you do is spout lies because you're too scared to admit you're wrong and give up your prejudices about urine . You obviously never did any research about this ancient therapy but nobody is going to force you to drink urine, so you can stop the craziness already.

Urokinase, an extract from urine which is used to dissolve blood clots can cause serious abnormal bleeding as a side-effect. In contrast, not even a single case with such serious side-effects was reported when natural urine (though it contains measurable amounts of urokinase) was used. Urine is sterile, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-biotic and nutrientfilled, not toxic!!

@Selsiuss2 The small amount of toxins in urine r not abundant enough 2 be toxic to the body. The urine, doesnt go directly to the blood stream. First it goes into the digestive system where its ingredients are sorted out. Then, the useful ingredients are recycled while the toxins are rejected. When the level of toxins becomes too high, the toxins stimulate the intestines into flushing themselves out to eliminate any stagnated excrements accumulated in the colon, so they have a cleansing effect.

@dromycatcher You know what also has a cleansing effect? Water. Drink water and guess what, you pee. Drink enough water, and you will pee enough to clean out all the toxins without having to drink your own pee. Urine is a waste excretion and should be treated as such. We don't consume waste. We get rid of it. I hope you realize by now that I will never ever be convinced to drink piss. Only if I were in the desert or the ocean with nothing else to drink would I ever EVER drink urine.

if urine is so toxic, then why has there never been a case where urinedrinking have been found toxic to the human body? Drinking 2 much water could be toxic btw, but that doesnt mean water is a toxic waste product either. Urine does contain minute particles connected with possible disease processes in the body, but they are mainly antibodies, which upon re-ingesting can help the body to react on specific pathological situations and work *antitoxic* like a vaccine without sideffects

the reason why is the kidneys excrete a portion of urine as a way of removing certain key elements in your blood that are simply not needed *at a specific point in time*. If you leave your piss standing for days, as an emergency water supply thing (like you are shipwrecked or something with no freshwater), then it could be ok to drink. Maybe. It depends on all kinds of things. Other than such extremes, no of course you don't drink it, you can use it topically on some wound types because it has antiseptic properties - a bit like cowpats can be used in that way.

@komaki119 - ascension is just a term for dying and taking your physical body along with your soul. If you surround yourself only with natural energies (eg away from all technology, electromagnetic devices interfere with the soul) and ingest only natural things (eg satvic or raw food diets etc), it aligns your physical body more with reality (your waveform becomes more coherent and able to hold your soul in your body), making it way easier to ascend.

FYI Gandhi did drink his own morning pee and in India it's very popular, they even made a soda out of cow's urine. Actually I have heard of people drinking their own urine many many years ago. Especially people who have had health issues which couldnt be helped otherwise. Also I think it depends, if you drink a lot of water daily and then basically drink that urine instead of dehydrated yellow urine, maybe thats better, not sure. I think regarding the toxins, most of those are contained in feces and nobody ever told anyone to eat that.

Sure, it may have those chemicals in it, but it also has a slew of dangerous other chemicals that are harmful to the body. The body makes urine to carry toxic substances out of the body. @dromycatcher - too long ago for me to trawl through here and think about why I wrote that - maybe I thought they were promoting premarin, seems like the most likely explanation, cause it's suggesting that premarin works - which is a dumbious assertion at best. Urine is about flushing your body of toxins and waste water, though it does have antiseptic topical applications.

However this is explained in the video...so this practise is not advocated lightly and individual research combined with one's own intuition is recommended...whilst this may not be advised for all there are those that for whom this practise has surely saved their lives!.thanks for commenting...

for who would it not be advisable? there is a doctor in mexico who had patients with drug addiction, smokers and alcoholism and they too ingested their own urine with success, so its still safe albeit in these conditions you may start with a few drops first to avoid heavy detox symptoms.

In the Military we used it externally to wash our genitals and feet to ward off Tinea etc when away from showers for weeks on end. Female urine may contain hormones from the pill which is one caution to look at.
