The idea is good, but I think that it should be a short film. If the film was longer you should have clear in your mind how to make the film going on for more than an hour.

You could also realize a film about the end of the world: you show various ( fake ) disasters happening all around the world, which are signs of the end that is coming.

In the end you could show something similar to angels or aliens coming to Earth...

It would be great.

The CGI in this is excellent and the premise is quite intriguing. However, the pacing and narrative of the trailer are a little shaky.

Everything after 1:38 seems out of place, like ideas you wanted to include but couldn't fit in. Through 1:38, the trailer is solid, with the exception that it doesn't contain your reveal about the disc. Maybe there's a way to rewrite the trailer so that the narrative's a little smoother?

Nah, Return to Sender would mean that nobody got it and it was sent back. The disc is missing, so someone picked it up and sent the messenger back.

@drunkbum I agree, Return to Sender is wrong as it implies the sender wishes it to be returned. Returned to Sender means someone/thing got it, read it, understood it and knows where you live and will come calling one day.

The 'pacing' of this one is great, the bits where nothing is happening on the screen (and the music) really add to a sense of building tension

Is your story plan the same? Tension v Action? Are you going to keep the viewers in the dark* for ages about who 'They' are?
