  • Hey Sir, Good Day, my is Larry and you are 100% right. when the job was done we were on the way back to the shop from (water pump)garage. The truck had just a k7500 no pvc, and we wanted to complete the job asap before 6:00pm. I am sure you've been caught like that once or twice in your 20yrs.. I thank you for the comment and trust me. We run with full trucks now. I f you would like please keep in contact me cell is 617-224-8443

  • I would never use that garbage machine, belt driven, or lift that cover & then snake the drain from there. Gasses in your face & its not the correct way. Find the main trap, front basment area, this way you can clean (backwards, the trap & fowards) doing the sewer line the correct way & with honesty. For the guys that just clear the clog, repeat calls are formed by doing so, which wastes time & money. He said it in the video, ((house to man hole)) Not man hole to house. Been doig drains 20+yrs !

  • get a real machine (k 1500 ) those drums stink i also agree you need a piece of pvc pipe you obviously dont know what you are doing

  • idiot

  • Sorry but this fails as a 'how to'. You'd be better off showing us how to clear at home, and have a link to your site in case people don't want to actually do it.

    My $0.02

  • Machine is in reverse big no no

  • That's ur "big machine ".. I feel sorry for the person who's paying for half ass service

  • What an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Are not cable machines old technology our company doesn't even carry them any more all high pressure jetting. Time to make a new investment

  • pulling tampons?

  • @JoeCnNd Field mice

  • put a chunk of 2'' or 1 1/2'' pipe between the sewer inlet and the machine to prevent it bouncing around like that. also it might stop it from coiling up in the bottom of the manhole if you hit a tough blockage.

  • @tyholmes99 you are so right...that is what they told us to use when I worked at Roto-Rooter...he is just waiting for the cable to knot up

  • come on buddy just joking around with you but serious spartan machine is the best..

  • first of all get on your knees and feed the cable in like a professionial.use a 3-4 in u blade or saw blade .get a spartan 300 like all the other pros use.the spear blade is used to jump traps basically...

  • @zuma1ny first of all suck my cock

  • @wejewsdid911HAHAHA89 But you dont have a cock.

  • I know these guy!

  • Unfortunately this was done unsafe and improper, Cleaning the main line should be done with high pressure water jet machine., Residential drain cleaning is done from the cleanout or a pulled commode with a blade, not a spade ( which is used for tough balled roots. A guide should have been used from machine down to the 4" city line. Safety bro, Safety.

  • the cable is flailing all over, when i do, do this i use a piece of 3 " pvc pipe with either a 45 or a 90 at the end to help with the rodding . more safer too.

  • From a HOUSE TO A MANHOLE... that's not a main line, it's the lateral to the sewer, which he is snaking from the manhole to the house. He used the wrong terminology but he's using the right tool. The line he's in is almost certainly 4". Normally you would snake that line from a cleanout at the house, toward the manhole. Occasionally it's more convenient to go the other way, but considering how rare that is, this video is misleading. All of you get to wear a Mickey Mouse hat on this one.

  • i got a mickey mouse hat with your name on it!!! lol

  • poked a tiny hole, humm did it make it past the warrenty ? come on put a blade on there.

  • OMG running a main line that is at least 6" with a 1" cutter...... Nice job... lol.. Did you have to go back and do it again?
