Has anybody experienced a green clear dome over their neighborhood doing a rain and lightning storm? I have seen it twice. Once I was in my bedroom and I could tell I was in it from the window. In the east the sky was blue, but over downtown was a huge yellow dome of light, which then slowly turned orange then purple.
