You open "Anex86.exe", klick the "..." in the row HDD2, search for the game you want to play, open it and finally press "Start". Does it work?

yeah it does, well only the two touhou, I can't the Highly Responsible to Prayers, Mystic Square, Story of Eastern Wonderland to work.

That's strange, it should usually work the same way with all five of them.

I can get them all to work except HRTP since i can go left and right but cant send out or hit the yin yang orb, wtf!? im on a laptop so i gont have those side buttons

this Stage BGM is like song called Artificial Children, Maybe Artificial Children was made from the Stage BGM

They're the BGM for the level, and then the boss music for the level. His recording program doesn't record sound, apparently, so he had to add them back in afterward.
