the problem is that old ppl that left eritrea during derg time still think like how they used to think in teh 70ties and have these akologzay, hamasen, seraye borders & ideology in their heads.but i tell ya, right now in eritrea people marry whoever they want. i know many people who marry outside of their religion &tribe.many tigre men/women marry tigrigna christians,tigrigna marry kunama...etc.
so sister, so long as you love your man and he is eritrean, follow your heart and marry him.parents and family members will be mad 4 a week, but they'll get over it.
