  • Mo again. I noticed I had a typo, the date we close the quilt show is Oct. 3, 2008. Sorry... Have you looked at the video titled Year of Alabama Arts - Gee's Bend Quilters? It's a good one. Thanks again for posting the KC footage!

  • Thanks for posting this. We have a nice collection of African-American quilts at the Belger Arts Center in Kansas City until Oct. 3, 2003. There is one Gee's Bend quilt in the display. I have had many visitors who mentioned they saw the play about Gee's Bend at the Rep. - Mo Dickens, Belger Arts Center
