I agree with u, but i think its for just making beats to record and then to uplaod the recording to beatmaker or some other looper, sequencer, synth type apps. that being said, u can change the pitch of any selected sample and make some sort of melody or apregio while recording. hope this helps.
@graybum Thanks alot for reply! I fiddled a bit more with the app and sort-of felt its strong points & the way it's intended to B. I think its strong is to create natural randomness that sounds as if composed on purpose. It's not a song sequencer, it is rather more like drum&bass part maker for use in other apps. Do you put a whole pattern from it as one of the 16 pads in Beatmaker? For the life of me i cannot find the inter-app copy/paste menu on Beatmaker lol, though i've found easilly export
Great work with the piece but i find the app limited: i can't create melodoes or at least arpeggiated patterns :(

just got this app, it's fun to listen to what JR put on there. haven't tried to make any myself but it looks pretty cool so far
