Most AA 75s have winglets -- I haven't seen a 75 without them for quite some time. And, from what I can tell, AA is replacing 75's with the new 738s. It is really sad they are phasing out the pretty good 75's faster then those old POS S80s/

Nice vid. By the way, when the engines are off, you can turn the anti-collision beacon off. That's just used for when the engines are running. ;)

Actually, at the real airports, the pilots turn the beacon lights on when the engines are still off one - two minutes before they start the engines. Doing that alerts the crew that they have that amount of time to get out of the way before the engines start. And when the plane pulls up to the gate, they still leave the beacons on until the plane's engines are completely shut down. When the pilot turns the beacon off, it tells the ground crew it's safe to be around the airplane.

All Airbus aircraft From A318 to A380 have fly by wire systems that prevenst pilot errors, so i personally think that it makes Airbus safer, but of course it have its own problems too.

In most cases pilot error or bad maintenance causes the crash, it doesnt matter is aircraft boeing or airbus...
