I like my class better, the trainer gives a lot of options to beginners and encourages us a lot. She is also very good at explaining how to do things. :)
joder esta bien el entrenamiento pero tienen concepto de color y armonia k ropa mas fea soy minitor y jamas me vestiria asi y mis alumnos no les dejaria entrar tan cutres k asko!!!!
I've been watching a few of the body attack sessions on you tube to see if ii like it enough to teach it - too high energy for me need to do abit more cardio before decided to become a body attack instructor!! In honesty so far yours looks the most fun and how i expect it to be taught when not at a les mills quarterly keep it up! :)
Best technique is ball then heel, suggested by the recently research, when you are running, jumping and landing on the spot, included most moves in aerobic class (both high and low impact). To prevent calves injury or overused, it suggested to land on the ball of your foot first then get your heel down.
Simply ball- heel technique. It takes a bit of practice. The often you are reminding yourself, the soon it becomes your habit.
It certainly can, our instructor always makes sure people are landing on their heels, when I first used to go I wasn't doing it right and my legs were in agony afterwards.

I'd love to see a track 8 - any track 8 - done to the max on youtube. Never seen one with the ultimate effort in it.

However if you are running in the running track, park or street. It's better to land on the heels first them roll though the ball of your foot.

shouldn't they always land on their heels? I know from experience that not doing so can lead to very painful calf muscles...:(
