@GetDamage Bruce Lee is considered by many to be "the father of MMA", and the guy in this video studied directly under BL. Anyway I think trapping is awesome because our method of blocking in taekwondo was totally different. Like if someone struck low to the abdomen, we would block that with the elbow (similar to a boxer), then counterstrike with (for example) a blow to the face from the same arm used to block. So Bruce Lee's method is more dynamic and cool :)
