thanks for your comment, by the way sometimes i can manage short astral travels, i just go around a town, cause i dont have enough energy...i feel, but anyway its sooo cool, and breath taking as well cause after you know, that there are different realities, that makes me so calm...

These realms do exist as stated, and also the Death Free Realms which give a perfect reflection in perception of our true Eternal Invulnerable Divine Being. One does not have to die to go to this realm, it's an every present option we have.
