The movie 'Buck' caused me to consider the fact that all the so called 'evil people' throughout history were created by other people around them. We blame the one 'evil person' without considering the millions of people who indirectly created them through their own failure to comprehend true love for themselves. 'Buck' the movie is amazing and shows us that we're the creators of our reality.
I would absolutely add Peter Campbell to this list... he is unsung to the extent that these others are, but has changed the lives of many people and alot more horses- especially mine. I find his style is similar to Buck and Ray, and the emphasis is on the same things. He worked with Tom DOrrance for awhile when Tom did clinics in the early 80's. Peter is very basic with his message, and gives alot of credit to Tom Dorrance when he does clinics... and he is very effective. see "willingpartners".
@grullo38: Peter Campbell was a presenter at the 2012 Legacy of Legends event. He and his niece, Megan (aka "Scooter"), did a 3-day colt starting demonstration, and he participated in the calf roping demonstration. He's great!
1991 watched Ray with horses, completely changed my life then was able to see him at one of his last clinics in fall of 2008. Ray, Tom, Bill, Buck....etc. the horses advocates, how they have changed the horseworld for the better. Truly great men.
A true loss, losing these two masters... there's very few I'd name as horse masters, these two earned their place in the hall of legends in my eyes...

In my opinion these men have completely changed the old harsh ways of "breaking" a horse....unity with a willing partner.
