I like how it is 17-0 then it just went straight to 17-24 and skipped like the whole 3rd quarter. lol You guys were the better team but for a huge underdog we gave you a scare for a minute.

You have to remember that Wells had a injured ankle the entire regular season. I think he was finally almost completely healthy against LSU and look what he did to them-150 yards against the best SEC team.

Ohio State loses one bowl game in the many bcs games over the last 6 years. (more than any other team has played),and now all of a sudden they suck? I dont get it. Their loss to Illinois was their first in 2 years in the big ten. Osu is by far the best in the big ten. Hell you cant win em all.

How many yards did they give up that game? The offense was constantly turning it over and 3 and out. Heck, Laurinaitis had 19 tackles.

See Vince Young vs UM in 04 and tOSU in 05. Texas won both games, but UM didn't even come close to stopping him.

Actually it wasnt a deteriorating half..... just a deteriorating 1 or 2 minutes. But really this first test of the year towards the end of the game will serve OSU better for the next few games.....hopefully. Would you rather those first real, costly mistakes of the season and first real test of the season happen against MSU or against Wisconsin, Penn State, and Michigan?

And those couple of minutes almost cost us the game. Michigan State almost recovered a third fumble but luckily didn't, or the outcome of the game would have been completely different. We shouldn't make ridiculous mistakes like that. The #1 team in the country should act like it, no?

Well judging this particular college football season, its been hard for the higher ranked teams to "act like they should". The Bucks got complacent and suffered. I'd rather the Buckeyes learn their lesson from this game than have to learn it sometime in the last 4 games. The next few teams OSU is going to play WILL capitalize a lot more than MSU on mistakes like those and it very well could cost the Buckeyes a win.

I agree. We played like $hit during that time frame. At least we were winning 24-0, but still the final score should've been 24-3. But I also agree about learning the lesson now against the Spartans and still winning than having to learn it in Happy Valley or in Ann Arbor and probably lose. Im from Cleveland, so Im depending on the Buckeyes to bring home a championship after the chokejob by the Indians.
