My all time favorite Vince Gill song. SO moving and full of emotion. It reminds me of relationships that didn't last. But the memories of them all make up a life .

You know, you hear some songs and you say they are great songs. But, until you have actually went through what some songs are talking about, such as this one, you have no idea were they are coming from.
This one brings back some pleasant and not so pleasant memories of a young woman I dated for about 7 years. Even though we wound up breaking up, and I went through some painful emotional times with her, I would not trade those time for anything in this world.
