thanks for the episodes of iron chef... i know that there were many English speaking nations to take part in the series. I would like to see how the Canadians and Australians do against them. both nations has had battles with them according to Wikipedia and IMDB. Please upload some more English speaking competitors :) the San Francisco chef was amazing

Iron Chefs lose often enough. Kobe for instance went 15 wins, 7 loses and 1 tie. Iron Chefs do have the home field advantage and the experience of knowing how to turn out dishes in an hour. However, to make up for it the ingredients often favor the challenger.

OMG, I can't believe how Kobe sprinted at the beginning of the battle! Quite surprised Yamaoka wasn't put against Sakai (the French chef) for a Mushroom in French Cuisine battle. Thanks for uploading archo89!
