If u dont mind me asking what shakes did you do? I have been watching your videos and i know it has been awhile since you had the surgery but from what i heard it doenst matter when you had it. You always remember things. So i was just wondering about that. Also thank you for doing the videos, they are helping me alot. I hope to have a support system and i was wondering if you know of anyone else that has had the surgery that would be willing (im also asking you), if i can contact them for info?

Having been thinking about having bariatric procedure and have been looking on You Tube to see different patient's video journals. I'm up to 7 weeks post-op on yours but wanted to say, you seem like you are still happy with your decision. So 2-4 weeks before I have to go on a liquid diet ? Besides the Cream Chicken what products got you through that time ? I'm still gathering info on this.

Amelia, I wanted to see if you went through the same stuff with this liquid diet stage. My husband said we will getting one for me this weekend. I know this is an older video, but I learn so much from your videos, and since I'm just beginning my journey, basically, it helps to find someone who shares the same experiences. Thanks,lady.

just know that you are NOT doing this alone I am going through the same thing!! You can do it!!! Just think the smaller your liver becomes the easier for the surgeons thats whats been keeping me going!!! anyway hang in there!!
