To me, this man talks a lot of sense. We live once. Ambition in that sense is not a bad thing. Do what you want and can do- provided it doesn't hurt others to the best of your conscience. A little procrastination can be useful for reflection. Thats my experience so far anyway.

The patients that do not do well are usually negative or have a negative caregiver or medical team.
