Archos 5 review

Hey have you had any problems yet? I have had to send mine back to CS twice because of the hard drive failing. I'm trying to decide whether to sell the replacement they're giving me, or give it another chance.

does it play divx? btw how are the contacts on it...i need something to organize my contacts.

You may need to buy a plug in for divx, the contacts is good. you can put email, phone numbers, street adrees, zip/postal code etc

can u tell me if youtube still works on it??? cause i heard the old archos 5s cnt play utube anymore

it works fine. some videos because of the format they put them on dont work but i only ran into that 2 times

you definetly have a much more thorough review than anyone else. at LEAST 10x more useful.

just press yes on the pop-up that says if you want to play the video. the only thing for me is if someone makes a vid on a mac, it will say i have to download a plug-in for the archos. actually i just finished watching some vids on my archos and im writing this! hope that helps. i will be making little vids of the seperate little tabs. stay tuned!

hey man youtube does work on archos 5 you just have press yes when it asks you if you want to play the video
